Facile Gestures is the bumbling and fruitless attempt of several graduate students to explain their points of view.  We prattle on about occasionally relevant issues in politics, law, education, gender, economics and labor, but there are no limits to the topics of discussion, and several contributors are… ahem… confident in the breadth of their expertise.

There is likewise no limitation on political perspective or physical location, which leads to a good deal of intellectual diversity (aren’t we enlightened?). We can only hope our wrongheaded posts sufficiently balance our trivially correct ones to suit your taste, but we make no promises.
